This can help recovery by allowing free flowing circulation of blood to the muscles as well as workout those kinks to help the healing process. A good massage can help performance because when knots are smoothed out the muscle can function at full capacity. No matter how healthy we are an active lifestyle will lead to tight and sore muscles. Mixing in a massage once or twice a month can make all the difference.
