Building muscle is for everyone, at every fitness level.  Skeletal muscle increases metabolism aiding in weight management, allows for better movement, and more. No matter what fitness level you are at currently there is no better time to learn the basic forms of lifting weight. This 30 minute class uses a 5 day split to break each session down into one single lift. The class will include a  dynamic warm up and priming exercises for that main lift. Then your PTI Trainer will bring you through that lift helping you with technique and instruction. Progression through these lifts will be individual. Class is open to all fitness levels.
