Are you looking to improve your overall health, but may be intimidated by exercise, recovering from a previous injury, or have achy joints? Aqua Fitness is a class designed for seniors who are looking for a joint friendly workout to help increase strength and flexibility without the use of weights or a gym.  Participants will enjoy the comradery of working out with their friends while:
