Yoga Flow

Not all yoga is about meditation. Within a flow session participants will be able to receive the benefits of mobility through movement between different poses along with building stronger balance, stability, and body awareness. Class open to all levels of fitness. Be aware of class times being changed, this class is only 30 minutes.
