Fit Tips – Got music?

Don’t underestimate the motivating powers of a great running/workout playlist. Rock, punk, country, hip hop, classical, whatever it is that inspires you. Many people can find inspiration and motivation through sounds of a symphony while others grab it from the fast tempo of the song. Take the time to make a playlist that you will enjoy as you battle through your workouts. Remember safety first when training and be sure the music isn’t too loud. Always be alert when training especially running through town.
