Competition #1 (September 7th): 5 rep max weight deadlift and a 5k run for time.
How it’s structured:
1)One lift to specified reps for max weight (Deadlift, squat, Bench, OHP, Pull-up, Max farmer carry, or max plank hold)
followed by…
2) One timed run between 800m and a 10k
3) Lowest combined score wins, 1-point for first, 2-points for second, and so on.
4) Tiebreaker, goes to the person with the faster run.
5) Format sent out one month in advance (it could be run or lift first)
6) Competition happens every 3 months on the first Saturday of the month.
