Well not exactly, maybe just cool it off. Of course I’m talking about those cold baths you can utilize after long exercise bouts to help combat achy muscles and promote recovery. Rejuvenation is how our bodies get stronger so help that process along. Your water should be around 50-55 degrees Fahrenheit for a duration of 10 -15 min. Make sure you don’t stay in there any longer than 15 minutes and never submerge your whole body for longer than 5 mins at a time.
