Here is a great way to use any left over turkey to the fullest!

As you put away the left overs, strategically put the food away so you can grab it and run with it to stay ahead of the mad shopping competition!

Turkey Sweet Potato “Patties”

w/ Cranberry Dip

2 c Left over Turkey pulled or shredded

2C Sweet Potato Mash or Casserole

3 Egg Whites

1C Chopped Green Beans from Green bean Casserole

1tsp Rosemary

1 tsp Sage

1 tsp Thyme

1/4cChopped Roasted Garlic

Put it together

Heat a skillet to medium temperature and spray to avoid sticking

Add all to a large bowl and use hands to knead until well combined.

Separate mixture into 2tbl size balls and smash into patties and place in

skillet until browned,  then flip and cook till both sides are crispy and firm.

Remove and place on a cooling rack or top with leftover cranberry sauce and eat
