Here at PTI we offer sport specific team training that can help your team gain that extra edge over the opponents. The services we offer include off-season and pre-season strength and conditioning, SAQ (speed, agility, and quickness) training, and mental performance training. We have recently expanded our team training staff and are looking to add a few more teams to our schedule.
We have had a lot of success over the past couple years working with local HS and college teams all over the country. And through their success, we have been able to promote our services as something that can give your team a competitive edge. Strength and Conditioning programs address the sport-specific strengthening needs of the athlete/team.
