Combining high intensity interval training with sculpting exercises that target those problem areas everyone has! This workout is designed to push you harder than you will push yourself. We will have fun – but please be prepared to sweat the calories away!
Here you will push your cardio endurance limits. For 30 minutes you will keep your heart rate up using all aspects of the gym. Cardio equipment, stairs and your own body weight will be used to get your heart rate up and increase your cardio fitness!
